<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a storage case that can take in or out and store long articles, is easy to open and close, and also is easy to change stored articles in its open state. <P>SOLUTION: A lid member 13 has torque in the opening direction. An opening 39 is kept closed by engaging a locking part of a slide member 12 with a locking part 69 of the lid member 13. In addition, it automatically opens when the engagement is released by moving the slide member 12. It closes when the lid member 13 is turned around.
