<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select and display an optimum screen transition flow according to time or a time zone of failure occurrence. <P>SOLUTION: When a failure message is transmitted from a monitoring target system 30, the screen transition flow inside a flow management table 23 is specified with an effective period and the time zone as conditions in reference to a division condition table 19, a screen skeleton for execution time of a failure response screen constituting the screen transition flow is taken out from a screen skeleton storage part 13, a setting value corresponding to each setting column is applied in reference to a property table 21 storing setting data to each setting column of the screen skeleton, the failure response screen is generated, and the failure response screens are sequentially transmitted to a failure response terminal 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
