<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid seasoning containing a pulverized product, crushed product, ground product or paste of sesame, and xanthan gum, obtained by suppressing the increase of viscosity and gelling of the liquid seasoning even if the content of the ground product or the like of the sesame is increased, and having homogeneous properties and good fluidity. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the liquid seasoning containing the sesame includes directly using raw soy sauce or malt-extract without being heated when mixing the unheated raw soy sauce or malt extract with the pulverized product, crushed product, ground product or paste of the sesame, and the xanthan gum, and heating and sterilizing the resultant product after the mixing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
