PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly anion emission diaphragm paper body for a speaker and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to purify air by emitting anions and far infrared rays. CONSTITUTION: A mixture is made by mixing a pulp and a java kapok(S110). The mixture is beaten by using a beating blade(S120). The dye of 7.16 to 7.92 weight% is injected into the mixture(S140). A fixative of 5.5 to 6.08 weight% is mixed with the mixture(S150). The tourmaline powder of 5.5 to 6.08 weight% and the hardener of 5.5 to 6.08 weight% are mixed with the mixture with a ratio of 1:1(S160). The waterproof agent of 4.7 to 5.18 weight% is mixed with the mixture(S170). The sulfate aluminum of 5.5-6.08 weight% is mixed with the mixture(S180). The solid antifoaming agent of 6.6 to 7.3 weight% is mixed with the mixture(S200). The paper body is completed by pressing the paper raw materials(S230). |
