PURPOSE: A switching device of a small mold cased circuit breaker is provided to improve assembly productivity by using one spring to control the contact pressure between a movable contactor and a fixed contactor and the separation speed of the movable contactor. CONSTITUTION: A handle(21) is used for a manual opening operation. One side of a power transmission lever(22) is connected to the handle. A latch(23) is rotated with power transmitted through the power transmission lever. A fixed contactor is connected to the power of the circuit or load. A movable contactor(27) includes a first surface and a second surface in contact with a fixed axis. A spring(26) provides elastic force to contact or separate the movable contactor with or from the fixed contactor. The fixed axis is contacted with the outer surface of the movable contactor.
