PURPOSE: A drill for implant operation is provided to cut and eliminate the residual bone remaining in the inner bottom of a hole before forming a screw thread. CONSTITUTION: A drill for implant operation comprises: a drill body(110); a plurality of cutting blades(130) which are formed in the drill body and cut the residual bone remaining in the inner bottom of a hole formed in the alveolar bone by the rotation of the drill body; and a bone exhaust groove part(150) which is formed in the direction of the drill body from a plurality of cutting blades and guides the exhaustion of the cut residual bone.
