PURPOSE: A miniature refrigeration compressor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to facilitate assembly, maintenance, and repair since a case for accepting compression mechanism is made of aluminium materials. CONSTITUTION: Compression mechanism consisting of a cylinder, a roller, a crank shaft, a vane, top and bottom bearings, and a discharge lead, a muffler, a balance weight, and a rotor is prepared(S2). A rotor assembly constituting a rotor assembly is assembled with a lower case(S3). An intake pipe is coupled with the lower case by screws and is connected to a cylinder(S4). The stator is coupled with the rotor assembly(S5). The terminal housing is coupled with the upper case by a screw(S6). The upper case and the lower case are coupled by a fixing unit(S7). |
