PURPOSE: A vehicle seat is provided to minimize the injury due to the shock on the external front of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle seat(1) comprises a cushion unit(10), a sliding panel(20), a guide member(40) and a moving bar(30). The cushion unit is arranged in the passenger compartment of the vehicle. The lower part of the cushion unit is installed on the sliding panel to be able to linearly move. The sliding panel is installed in the guide member to be able to linearly move. The bottom of the guide member is fixed to a vehicle body. The moving bar is connected to the sliding panel. The moving bar is fixed to the external front of the vehicle and moves the sliding panel backward if a shock occurs on the front of the vehicle. |
