FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method envisages preparation of the recipe components, cutting scorzonera, rosehips, apples and pears, drying them in microwave field at preset process parametres, roasting scorzonera and barley grains, additionally drying rosehips, apples and pears by convective method, mixing scorzonera, barley grains, rosehips, apples and pears and cryomilling the produced mixture in liquid nitrogen. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to produce a new coffee drink from non-traditional raw materials according to wasteless technology. |
