PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for generating and managing mileage associated with advertising costs are provided to allow an operator to generate mileage from an advertisement fee provided from advertiser and supply the mileage to advertisers so that the advertisers may pay the mileage to their clients. CONSTITUTION: An operating server computer registers, distributes and posts the data to be used in an advertisement to a site. The operating server computer generates the mileage proportion to the advertisement costs and transfers the mileage information to an advertiser server computer(S200). The advertiser server computer sets up the requests of an advertiser for the provision of the mileage to the clients(S300). If a user terminal executes the requests of the advertisers, the operating server computer automatically the mileage to an electric wallet of the corresponding user(S400).
