PURPOSE: A pallet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove a separate process for forming holes on the pallet by metal molding an upper plate and a supporting plate, and by molding a cut-out hole and a fork insertion hole when metal molding. CONSTITUTION: A pallet comprises an assembly body(101), an upper plate(200), and a combining unit. The assembly body is formed by cross-coupling supporting plates(100), formed with danpla sheets obtained by synthetic resin materials. The upper plate is formed with the danpla sheets, and includes covering units(210,220,230). The covering units are foldably produced to surround a plate assembly.
