PURPOSE: A camera module and a digital image processing apparatus including the same are provided to implement the camera module in a simple structure and a chip size level. CONSTITUTION: A camera module includes a lens unit(110) and an image sensor unit(120). The image sensor unit inputs an image passing through the lens unit. The image sensor unit comprises an image sensor(121), a die pad(122), an external terminal(123), and a die pad and conductive pattern(124).
