FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method envisages preparation of the recipe components, cutting dandelion roots, rosehips, apples and pears and their drying in microwave field at preset process parametres. Then one performs frying dandelion roots and barley grains, additional drying rosehips, apples and pears by convective method, mixing dandelion roots, barley grains, rosehips, apples and pears and cryomilling the produced mixture in liquid nitrogen. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to produce a new coffee drink from non-traditional raw materials according to wasteless technology. |
