PURPOSE: A method for stabilizing polluted soil is provided to maximize the efficiency of a soil purification process by reducing time required for implementing the process. CONSTITUTION: A drilling test is implemented with respect to a polluted soil region in order to the polluted degree of the region. A non-polluted surface layer is eliminated, and polluted deep soil part is excavated. The excavated soil passes through a screen(1) in order to sort soil with the diameter less than 2 mm. The sorted soil and phosphoric acid are mixed in a mixer(2). The mixed soil and the phosphoric acid are placed in a stabilizing tank(3) for 20 to 30 hours in order to generate non-soluble phosphate through a chemical decomposition reaction. |
