PURPOSE: A composition containing human prolactin for improving skin condition is provided to heal wound and to improve skin condition with safety. CONSTITUTION: A composition for improving skin condition contains human prolactin as an active ingredient. A composition for wound healing contains the huma prolactin as an active ingredient. The human prolactin is encapsulated by nano liposomes. The composition is a pharmaceutical composition or functional cosmetic composition. The composition is topically applied on the skin.
