PURPOSE: A roller unit for hot press-forming is provided to ensure extended service life of guide rollers because a thermal spray coating layer is formed on the surface of the guide rollers. CONSTITUTION: A roller unit for hot press-forming comprises guide rollers(100) which are arranged at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of a roller table. The guide rollers are made of ceramic material, and a thermal spray coating layer(110) is formed on the exterior of the guide rollers using coating powder with low reactivity to a material. An aluminum-silicon plating solution is formed on the surface of the material for preventing oxidation scale during hot press-forming.
