A USER AUTHENTICATION METHOD USING PASSWORDS WITH MORE THAN ONE CHARACTER

PURPOSE: A method for authenticating a user using a user authentication password comprised of two or more characters is provided to supply a session key to a user by arbitrarily determining the session key through a user authentication system. CONSTITUTION: A session key is indirectly transmitted to a user by arbitrarily arranging a one-time session key set and password characters corresponding to the session key set(S100). A symbol set and password characters corresponding to the symbol set are provided to a user. A user inputs a specific character by matching a specific session key with a specific character(S200). A user is authenticated by identifying the coincidence between the specific character and the user authentication password(S300).
