PURPOSE: A manual hand pump having a sealing function, capable of an air suction function, is provided to perform a sealing function and an air suction function through one manual hand pump. CONSTITUTION: A manual hand pump having a sealing function comprises a pump housing(10), a piston(20), a rod member(30), and a handle. The piston is arranged inside the pump housing. One end of the rod member is combined in the piston. The other end is exposed to the outside of the pump housing. One end of the handle is combined in the other end of the rod member. A hotwire seals hermetically a plastic bag using heat sealing. The hotwire is exposed to outside.
