FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: bench consists of feed tank 2, of spindle, of controlled drive of spindle shaft, of reducer, of distributing sleeves 17 and of control equipment. The control equipment of the test bench includes a contact-less sensor of torque with option of rotation velocity measuring; the sensor is installed between the reducer and spindle; further, the control equipment includes not less, than two control valves of high pressure 13 arranged parallel on chamber of high pressure 11 at the output from the pump, not less, than two sensors of consumption 16 installed parallel in distributing sleeves 17 connecting tank 2 and chamber 11, and pressure gauge 14 installed on chamber 11 at the output from the pump. The test bench is equipped with control desk 3 including a computer with soft ware for control and processing data transmitted from data sensors. The control disk facilitates remote control of controlled spindle shaft and valves drive 13. ^ EFFECT: obtaining maximal complete set of characteristics of single-screw pumps, updated level of accuracy of recorded parametres of characteristics and raised efficiency of operations performed on test bench. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg |
