The transducer (1) has piezo-elements (3) arranged adjacent to each other in strapless manner and embedded in a composite mass (4). The composite mass surrounds the piezo-element on all sides. The piezo-elements are attached via connection wires, which exhibit diameter that ranges from 0.1 to 0.8 mm. The piezo-elements are provided with a rear sided-reinforcement unit, which is formed by a reinforcement body. The reinforcement body is made of metal, glass and ceramics. The reinforcement body exhibits cylindrical-, cone-, truncated cone- and hemispherical shaped form. |
