A METHOD OF MANUFACTURING IN WOOD PLASTIC COMPOSITES

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing synthetic wood is provided to prevent the deformation by inhibiting the dissolution of a polymer when the synthetic wood is exposed to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing synthetic wood comprises the steps of: pulverizing conifer wood in a pulverizer to the size of 70~120 mesh; heating the wood powder in a drier to the temperature of 80~120°C; drying the wood powder so that the water content of wood powder is 4~6 weight%; injecting 50~60 weight% of dried wood powder, 23~27 weight% of polyethylene resin, 3.3~6.0 weight% of pigment, 13~15 weight% of lubricants, 0.2~1.0 weight% of UV stabilizer, and 0.5~1.0 weight% of antimicrobial agents; blending the mixture at 120°C~130°C for 10~20 minutes to prepare synthetic wood ; and cooling the synthetic wood.
