Compounds of the formula:
wherein ring A is heteroaryl, Q is O or S; L is selected from the group consisting of -CHR 3 -, -NR 4 - and -O-; X 1 and X 2 are each independently selected from the group consisting of CR 5 , and N; and R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 and R 5' are defined herein, are provided. The compounds are P13K/mTOR inhibitors and are useful in the treatment of a number of conditions, including cancer and inflammatory diseases.
