PURPOSE: A light emitting device and a display and lighting unit having the same are provided to improve color stability and electrical characteristics by making the thickness of an optical resonant layer and increasing an optical resonance effect. CONSTITUTION: In a light emitting device and a display and lighting unit having the same, a first conductive layer(110) is formed on a substrate(100). An organic layer(120) is formed on the first conductive layer. A second conductive layer(130) is formed on the organic layer. An optical resonance layer(140) is formed on the second conductive layer. A reflective layer(150) is formed on the optical resonance layer.
