PURPOSE: A cooling device for a vehicle is provided to improve the thermal efficiency of a rankine cycle by decreasing the pressure of the refrigerant circulating in the condenser for rankine cycle. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device for a vehicle comprises a rankine cycle and a cooling cycle. The rankine cycle comprises a condenser(11) for ranking. The cooling cycle comprises a condenser(13) for air-conditioner. The condenser for rankine cycle constitutes a part of the rankine cycle. The condensers of rankine cycle and cooling cycle are lined up to top and down direction.
