AUTHENTICATION PROTOCOL FOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION IN U-TSN AND AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION IN U-TSN

PURPOSE: A vehicle registration authentication method in a ubiquitous traffic sensor network are provided to perform vehicle registration authentication by comparing authentication result value of vehicle and a authentication center generated through a session key in a UTC. CONSTITUTION: An authenticated target vehicle(10) and an authentication server(40) shares the vehicle key verifier about authentication subject vehicle. The authentication server distributes a session key. The authentication subject car calculates a comparison authentication value through calculated session key. A UTC(Ubiquitous Transportation Center) server(30) compares a comparison authentication value of the authentication subject vehicles and the stored authentication value. If values are similar, the UTC server certifies the certification subject vehicles.
