PURPOSE: A real-time wireless quality measurement and management method for wireless communication network optimization and efficient service operations is provided to allow a center to see real-time wireless quality data of an optimization field team. CONSTITUTION: If wireless network access is required, a client(100) accesses a mobile communication network(400) through a base station(300). The client is connected to a manager server(500) corresponding to a set IP address for set server access. The client periodically collects required wireless quality measurement data from a mobile phone(200). The manager server displays or analyzes the wireless quality measurement data of all clients.
