PURPOSE: A lipid lamellar composition including a polycosanol polymer is provided to ensure excellent stability through a double stabilized structure and to enable application in liposome, emulsion or liquid crystal phase shapes. CONSTITUTION: A polycosanol polymer bonded with a water-soluble polymer is such that one water soluble polymer is boned with two or more polycosanols, wherein the polycosanol has fatty acid of C20 or greater and the molecular weight of the water soluble polymer is 700-10,000. The stabilized lipid lamellar composition comprises the polycosanol polymer.
