METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DIFFUSION SHEET AND COMPOSITE SHEET FOR LCD

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing the diffusion plate and the composite sheet for a liquid crystal display is provided to uniformly emit light from light source to the entire surface of the diffusion plate. CONSTITUTION: A transparent optical resin is supplied to a rotating first pattern roller(200). A pressing roller presses the transparent optical resin applied on the outer circumferential face of the first pattern roller in order to form an air layer forming unit on one side of the first pattern roller. A diffusing agent is coated on both sides of the transparent optical resin to obtain a diffusion plate(10) containing the air layer forming unit.
