DETECTING SYSTEM OF VEHICLE POSITION AND THE METHOD USING MAGNETIC SENSOR ARRAY

PURPOSE: A system and a method for detecting the location of vehicles are provided to verify the accurate location of a vehicle and whether the vehicle is out of a pre-set route. CONSTITUTION: A first array magnetic sensor(110) is installed at the front side of a vehicle and measures the magnetic strength of a magnetic marker. The magnetic marker is installed in a driving way. A second array magnetic sensor(112) is installed at the rear side of the vehicle and measures the magnetic strength of a magnetic marker. A vehicle central controlling unit(120) receives the magnetic strength of the array magnetic sensors and detects the location of the vehicle.
