ADDITIVE COMPOSITION FOR AN ASPHALT MIXTURE AND AN ASPHALT MIXTURE LMPROVED BY ADDITION OF ADDITIVE COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: An additive composition for an asphalt mixture is provided to enhance plastic deformation and resistivity to water damage through an optimal blending design of a reformed asphalt mixture. CONSTITUTION: An additive composition for an asphalt mixture comprises 56~64 weight% of waste tire fine powder, 28~36 weight% of low density polyethylene fine powder, 3 weight% of compatibilizers, 4.5 weight% of carbon black, and 0.5 weight% of PE WAX as a dispersing agent. A reformed asphalt mixture is formed by adding 0.5~1.5 weight% for the additive composition for reforming to a normal asphalt mixture.
