<p>The device (6) has a sensor element (7) for generating radio signals and comprising a voltage generator (10). The sensor element is mounted at a leaf or a frame. A switching element (8) is mounted at the frame or the leaf and lies opposite to the sensor element. An actuation device (9) comprises a slider (13) and transfers motion of the switching element to the sensor element. The actuation device comprises a lever (15) that cooperates with the slider by a radial cam i.e. groove. The radial cam is arranged transverse to a motion direction of the slider.</p>
