PURPOSE: A brake booster for a vehicle is provided to minimize the failure of a product by preventing the separation of a valve seat in assembling a brake booster and to ensure a smooth panic-braking function by preventing the separation of the valve seat after panic braking. CONSTITUTION: A brake booster(100) for a vehicle comprises a front housing(110), rear housings(120), a diaphragm(130), a power piston(210), a push rod(220), an air valve(230), a valve seat, a control valve(240) and a stopper(250). The rear housings are coupled to each other to form a pressure chamber. The diaphragm divides the pressure chamber. The power piston passes through the diaphragm and the rear housing and comprises an air inlet hole. The push rod is installed in the power piston and moves back and forth by the driving force of a brake pedal. The air valve comprises an air blocking unit, which is connected to the push rod to open or close the air inlet hole.
