PURPOSE: A black photosensitive resin composition, a color filter, a liquid crystal display apparatus are provided to obtain the uniform optical density in the wavelength of 400 to 750nm and obtain the superior electric insulation property. CONSTITUTION: A black photosensitive resin composition includes a coloring material, a binder resin, a photo-polymerizable compound, a photo-polymerization initiator, and a solvent. The coloring material includes carbon black and organic pigment. 5 to 10 parts by weight of the carbon black is contained with respect to 100.0 parts by weight of the coloring material. 90 to 95 parts by weight of the organic pigment is contained with respect to 100.0 parts by weight of the coloring material.
