PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence display unit and a driving method thereof are provided to reduce power consumption in a stand by mode by forming a less number of grayscale voltages than a case generated by a regulator. CONSTITUTION: A pixel unit(100) receives a data signal, a scanning signal, first pixel power and second pixel power to present a picture. A regulator(300) generates and inverts the first pixel power to generate the second pixel power. A drive driving unit(200) comprises a power generating unit and a signal generating unit. The power generating unit(210) generates the first pixel power, the second pixel power, first driving power, second driving power and grayscale voltage. The signal generating unit(220) generates a data signal and a scanning signal.
