FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sphere of agriculture. An oil-based suspension concentrate to combat insects contains the following components: - imidacloprid as an insecticide from a variety of neonicotinoides - at least one stimulator of penetration from a variety of alcohol ethoxylates of formula (I): R-O-(EO)m-R' (I), where R stands for a branched or non-branched alkyl with 10-14 atoms of carbon, m stands for 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10, R' stands for hydrogen or alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms and E stands for CH2-CH2, - at least one vegetable oil, - at least one nonionic surfactant accordingly disperser and/or at least one anionic surfactant accordingly disperser. Method of concentrate production provides for mixing of ingredients and their grinding, if required.
