PURPOSE: A drive motor base of an air-conditioning and industrial fan with a uniform belt tension state is provided to maintain a uniform tension state even if a driving belt is loosened. CONSTITUTION: A drive motor base of an air-conditioning and industrial fan with a uniform belt tension state comprises a main body(10), a moving base(20) for fixing a motor, springs(30), and a retreat prevention unit. The main body is fixed to a floor. The moving base is slidably installed on the top of the main body. The springs connect the main body and the moving base and have a tension control unit(40). The retreat prevention unit is composed of a ratchet and a support block. The ratchet is formed on the bottom surface of the moving base. The support block is coupled to the main body and has a ratchet gear unit for movably supporting the ratchet.
