PURPOSE: A kit for diagnosing colon cancer and a method for detecting a colon cancer marker are provided to quickly and cheaply identify colon cancer. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing colon cancer contains a nucleotide sequence of sequence number 35, a complementary sequence, or a fragment thereof. The kit is a microarray or gene amplification kit. The nucleotide of sequence number 35 is downexpressed in colon cancer tissue. The method for detecting colon cancer is performed by a microarray method or gene amplification.
