PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an aluminum guiding panel is provided to improve the durability of paint and maintain the color of aluminum and anodizing by preventing paint from being eliminated. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum plate is curved and cut(S1). Foreign materials on the surface of the aluminum plate are eliminated(S2). A photo sensitive solution is applied on the aluminum plate(S3). The aluminum plate is dried(S4). Letter or photographs are developed on the aluminum plate(S5). The photo sensitive solution on the aluminum plate is thermally treated(S6). The aluminum plate is corroded to imprint the letters and photographs(S7). Paint is inserted into the imprinted part. The surface of the aluminum plate is processed with sand paper(S9). An anodizing film is formed on the aluminum plate(S10). |
