PURPOSE: An optimal customized bargaining auction system is provided to decide a successful bidder by determining who makes command for determining a successful bid earlier. CONSTITUTION: An auction participant computer transmits an auction participation request signal until the beginning of the auction. If the auction begins, bidders transmits bidding request signal to an auction operating server. The auction management server extracts a bargaining discount rate randomly. The auction management server extracts bidding price by subtracting initial price from the final bidding price. The auction management server transmits the calculated bidding price to the participants' computer.
