TEST APPARATUS FOR DIGITAL POWER METER

PURPOSE: An inspecting device of a digital watt-hour meter is provided to test various kinds of digital watt-hour meters without an additional scanner installation stand. CONSTITUTION: A controller(600) is separated from or integrated with an inspection stand, generates standard active power and standard reactive power set by an input unit(601), and supplies power to a watt hour meter installed on the inspection stand. An error detecting unit(605) receives the turn-on state of a scanned LED and calculates reactive power and active power. The calculated error is displayed on the display unit(603).
