<p>PURPOSE: A method and device of transmitting a scheduling request signal are provided to enable a terminal to effectively transmit a scheduling request signal. CONSTITUTION: A counter value is initialized(510) if a D-SR(Dedicate-Scheduling Request) for BSR(Buffer Status Request) transmission resource request is triggered(505). The initialized counter value increases by l in a time point when the permission time of the D-SR transmission is previous time for predetermined time(520). The D-SR is transmitted at permission time for D-SR transmission.</p> |
