THE STRUCTURE FOR PREVENTING 3-PART GRAPHITE CRUCIBLE FROM DEFORMING

PURPOSE: A structure for preventing three-part graphite crucible from deforming is provided to prevent the deformation and the damage of the three-part graphite crucible by minimizing the load of the three-part graphite crucible caused by the expansion during the solidifying process. CONSTITUTION: A quartz crucible grows the silicon single crystal. A three-division graphite crucible(100) accepts the quartz crucible. The three-division graphite crucible is slit into symmetrical three pieces. A three-division graphite crucible support stand(101) settles the three-division graphite crucible. The three-division graphite crucible comprises a groove to be settled in the three-division graphite crucible support stand.
