PURPOSE: An anti-scattering hammer is provided to prevent stone from becoming externally scattered and colliding with the face of a worker since a cover wholly protects the leading end of a hammer. CONSTITUTION: An anti-scattering hammer(10) comprises a cover(110). The cover wholly protects the leading end of the hammer. For the leading end of the hammer to collide with a wall, the cover is formed to have a height, at which the leading end of the hammer can be first exposed, viewed from the side.
