METHOD OF POWER HEADROOM REPORT, RESOURCE ALLOCATION AND POWER CONTROL

PURPOSE: A PHR, resource assignment and power control method thereof are provided to be suitable for transmitting PUCCH(Physical Uplink Control Channel) and PUSCH(Physical Uplink Shared Channel) to the same sub frame. CONSTITUTION: A terminal determines whether a PUSCH and a subframe which is the same as the PUCCH is prepared for transmission or not(401). If an event which must report a power headroom is generated(403), the terminal reports a first power headroom and a second power head room to a base station(405). The terminal stores the PUCCH transmission power information.
