PURPOSE: An original direct fired oven is provided to prevent smoke even if oil is fallen down to a heated oil tray by controlling the conduction of heat. CONSTITUTION: An original direct fired oven comprises a main body(110), a direct fired roasting pan(130), a lid(160), and an oil tray(140). The main body is composed of inner and outer walls(113,115) and a bottom plate(111). The inner wall has heat passing holes. The outer wall covers the outer surface of the inner wall. The bottom plate connects the inner and outer walls. The direct fired roasting pan is placed on the main body and has a heat inlet(132) and multiple oil discharging holes(131). The lid covers the direct fired roasting pan. The oil tray is arranged between the inner and outer walls. The oil tray receives oil discharged from the oil discharging holes. A space is formed between the oil tray and the bottom plate. |
