PURPOSE: A non-power coherence mixing apparatus is provided to remove additional coherence, precipitating, or filtering processes for mixing processing water with a coagulant, and to reduce the usage amount of the coagulant for removing phosphorus. CONSTITUTION: A non-power coherence mixing apparatus(10) comprises the following: a device body(20) dipped inside an aeration basin(1); a coagulant supplying nozzle(30) supplying a pre-fixed amount of coagulant using a metering pump; and plural mixing guide plates(40) combined with the device body from the upper side of the coagulant supplying nozzle, including multiple through-holes and partition walls for inducing the mixture of processing water.
