PURPOSE: A charging device which is pulled out through an electromagnetic force when charging is completed is provided to pull out a charging unit by controlling a conduction device. CONSTITUTION: In a charging device, a conduction device(110) is started by a magnetic force. A current is flowed in a magnetization coil. A test device(107) monitors the state of the charging device. A charging unit which is chargeable and dischargeable is fitted into the conduction device. |
