PURPOSE: A method for producing (meth)acrylic acids is provided to reduce the load amount increased in a second reaction region by optimizing a first reaction region and a second reaction region through simple operation. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing (meth)acrylic acids uses a shell-and-tube type heat exchange reactor, wherein the reactor comprises a first reaction tube of a first step-reaction region(R1) converting olefin into (meth)acrolein and a second reaction tube of a second step-reaction region(R2) converting the (meth)acrolein into (meth)acrylic acids, wherein the number of the second reaction tube is 10-30% as much as the number of the first reaction tube.
