PURPOSE: An electroless nickel plating method of a magnesium-alloy plate is provided to enhance the decoration, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and high hardness of a magnesium plate. CONSTITUTION: An electroless nickel plating method of a magnesium-alloy plate is as follows. An ultrasonic degrease process, an etching process and a post etching process are performed on the magnesium-alloy plate(a). After first activation through the soak to activation solution, electroless nickel plating is done using reactive-gas inducing catalyst metal(b). After second activation through baking and then the soak to HCL solution or sulfuric acid solution, striking plating and electrical plating are successively done(c).
