PURPOSE: A device for preventing a signal attenuation and blocking a noise is provided to improve communication performance by removing a noise and preventing the signal attenuation. CONSTITUTION: A load(740) is connected to a coupling unit(720) for transmitting and receiving a high frequency communication signal. The high frequency communication signal is attenuated by the branch of a communication line. A high frequency blocking unit(730'') is connected between the load and the coupling unit and prevents a signal attenuation. The high frequency blocking unit blocks a high frequency noise from the load and prevents the high frequency communication signal from being transmitted to the load from the coupling unit.
